Capstone Project: The Sprinthero Challenge

Objective: The Sprinthero Challenge serves as the culmination of the Transformation Coach training, providing participants with a platform to apply their newly acquired knowledge, skills, and tools to address real-world challenges within their own organization. The primary goal is to create measurable positive impact, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and transformation.

Project Duration: One Month (Approx)

Key Components:

  1. Identifying Transformation Opportunities:

    • Participants analyze their organization's current state and identify areas where transformative change is needed. This involves understanding organizational goals, culture, and challenges.
  2. Developing a Transformation Plan:

    • Based on their analysis, participants create a comprehensive transformation plan outlining the steps they will take to address identified challenges. This includes specific goals, timelines, and Objectives & Key Results (OKR) as well as key performance indicators (KPIs).
  3. Implementation of Coaching Strategies:

    • Participants apply coaching frameworks and techniques learned during the training to guide and support individuals and teams through the transformation process. This includes communication strategies, empathy-building, and fostering a positive mindset.
  4. Feedback and Iteration:

    • Regular feedback loops are established to gather insights from stakeholders involved in or impacted by the transformation. Participants use this feedback to refine and adjust their strategies throughout the project period.
  5. Measuring Impact:

    • Key performance indicators are tracked to measure the impact of the transformation. Participants use both quantitative and qualitative data to assess the effectiveness of their coaching interventions.
  6. Documentation and Reflection:

    • Throughout the project, participants maintain a detailed record of their activities, challenges faced, and lessons learned. A reflective component encourages participants to assess their own growth and the evolution of their coaching approach.

Assessment and Recognition:

  • Evaluation Criteria:

    • Successful completion is based on the effectiveness of the transformation plan, the application of coaching strategies, measurable impact achieved, and the ability to adapt based on feedback.
  • Badge of Recognition:

    • Participants who successfully complete the Sprinthero Challenge are awarded the Sprinthero Transformation Coach Badge, symbolizing their accomplishment and recognition as a certified agent of positive change within the organization.
